Practice Ring

Last month, I got really upset coz I lost our engagement ring.

It's not the loss of the ring itself that got me upset though. It's the thought that E might think I didn't value it enough not to lose it.

Anyway, as of this writing, we've already replaced the ring.

But before that, I bought a practice ring...

...more like rings.

E gave me the idea--so I don't lose the habit of wearing something on my finger.

It looks so bad ass but it didn't last 2 weeks on my finger (not because I lost it again). It cast bluish grey marks on my skin that took forever to remove. So much for bad-ass-ness.

(Bought from Forever21 for Php200+)

  3. Gosh I didn't know you lost your engagement ring :S I'm glad it's been replaced (without incident) :D

As for the F21 ring - I paint the insides of those with clear polish to prevent getting the weird dark bands on my fingers :) It works most of the time.

  6. you might be acidic that's why it left a grey-ish mark on your skin. That ring looks so chic!

Anyway, glad you were able to replace 'the' ring. Happy Valentines day Rae and E :)

  9. Haha I know a friend of mine who used a fake or "practice" engagement ring, too. She didn't wear the real one until her wedding was near because she was always commuting, so her fiance bought her a cheaper, silver ring to wear everyday instead. :)) Good luck with yours!
